Collaborative Innovation Center of Chemistry for Energy Materials, abbreviated to as "iChEM", was established jointly by Xiamen University (XMU), Fudan University (FDU), and the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), under the framework of the "Synergistic Innovation Program" of the Ministries of Education and Finance of China. This so-called "2011-Program" is aiming at integrally raising the research originality and application potentials of the universities in China and meanwhile training young generation of research excellence. Now comprehensive administrative positions are opened to College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at XMU to undertake tasks of information and technology, laboratory management, financial management, research management, human resources management and academic exchange, etc. for the Center.
