In order to effectively promote collaborative innovation, the process for recruitment of Research Associates has been started globally and will be going on year-round.

1. Application Requirements
Applicants, who obtained Ph.D. Degree from well known universities/institutes home or abroad, should have active academic thoughts, strong innovative and team work capability, development potential, research background, and research plan that comply with the research goals of our center. Applicants must have postdoctoral research experiences for more than two years and have outstanding achievements in the related field.

5. research statement that best describe scientific research capacity, quality and potential,

3. Benefit Packages:
1) The position is self-appointed by iChEM through Personnel Human Resources agency.
2) iChEM will provide good working conditions and research platform. The candidates will be multi-supervised by the chief scientists and provided preferential benefit packages based on the candidates’ research background and achievements.
3) For salary, a highly competitive salary package that is compatible with the international package will be provided based on interview results and research quality of the applicants. Excellent Research Associates will be sent abroad for international academic exchanges and cooperation.
