iChEM would like to converge and share all the optimized resources owned by the four member institutions such as human resources, academic software and hardware, etc. iChEM encourage researchers to carry out scientific research under the whole framework of iChEM policies in the aspects of platform management, operation mechanism, performance appraisal, etc. Each iChEM platform can undertake different types of tasks based on their own characteristics and strength.
