  • Nonequilibrium statistical mechanics for mesoscopic systems, including nonequilibrium thermodynamics, rare-event sampling method, and the application in (a) dynamic self-assembly and nucleation of soft matter and surface systems and (b) conformation change process of biological macromolecule.
