The Office of Technology Transfer is responsible for technology development, transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements. It also promotes the integration of research achievement, commercialization and business planning, manages and disciplines patent related issues. Its responsibility is as follows:

1. Collect and manage the technological and social information related to our research and create correspondent files for management; guide the researchers for co-operation with all kinds of enterprises.
2. Coordinate and manage collaborations with home or abroad, Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises, including planning and organizing, negotiating, contracting and audit; participate in supervision and management of collaborative projects.
3. Plan, apply, construct, and manage the development of various scientific and technological platforms.
4. Coordinate various types of intellectual property management and sharing in order to fully protect the rights and interests of the inventor's intellectual property.
