The iChEM directors will convene chief scientists for academic meetings that may be through multi-cast video system at least four times a year. They will meet at least once a year to coordinate academic work of the iChEM.

The iChEM directors will convene General Secretaries of the iChEM Executive Committee for management meetings that may be through multi-cast video system at least four times a year to coordinate the relationship of all the members in the iChEM.

If necessary, the iChEM directors will convene both the chief scientists and the General Secretaries of the iChEM Executive Committee for joint meeting on coordination and communication of important matters.

The iChEM directors will regularly report to the council for progress made by the iChEM.

The iChEM chief scientists will convene meeting of their research team that may be through multi-cast video system at least four times a year to coordinate their research work and team building.

The iChEM chief scientists will regularly report to the directors and academic committee for their research progress and team building.

The General Secretaries of the iChEM Executive Committee will regularly report to the council, the academic committee, and the director for center related matters. In cases of significant matters, the General Secretaries may report at anytime.

The General Secretaries of the iChEM Executive Committee will convene heads of five offices (Office of Information Resources Management, Office of Human Resources, Office of Technology Transfer, Office of Technical Support, and Administration Office) for management meetings that may be through multi-cast video system at least once a month. They will meet at least once a quarter.
