Review about Interfacial assembly of integrated Prussian blue published in Chem. Soc. Rev.

The invited review paper New faces of porous Prussian blue: interfacial assembly of integrated hetero-structures for sensing applications written by Prof. Dongyuan Zhao group is published in Chem. Soc. Rev. (Chem. Soc. Rev., 2015, DOI: 10.1039/c5cs00397k).

Controllable assembly of porous materials is essential to many functional devices. It is very challenging yet important to develop an effective method for synthesizing interfacial porous materials. Prof. Dongyuan Zhao group have been dedicating in interfacial porous materials development and got significant research achievement. Relative results were published in international journals like J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., NPG Asia Mater. This review paper concentrated on the emerging interdisciplinary field of the nano-bio-interfaces based on integrated porous Prussian blue-hetero-structures, which links the functional interfaces and integrated nanodevices in a rapidly developing field of porous hetero-interfaces. It also highlighted the progress of interfacial assembly methods of integrated Prussian blue hetero-structures towards the interfacial size control, shape distribution, and modulation of pores, as well as the tailoring of the internal coordination space and active site.
