Prof. Lohof USTC and co-workers recently have developed an efficient and environmentallybenign synthetic route towards arylatedenamidesthrough double C-H functionalization which was achieved by using Pd(OAc)₂ as the catalyst. The corresponding very useful multi-substituted olefins in organic synthesis could be obtained in good yields and regioselectivities.(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 2012, 51, 5701-5705)
