At the evening of April 1^st of 2013, the three universities (XMU, FDU, USTC) and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (DICP) in iChEM held a conference through multi-video system at four locations (Xiamen, Shanghai, Hefei, and Dalian) to summarize what we have done to meet appraisal requirement of the Ministry of Education after disclosure of the first batch identification for the 2011 Collaborative Innovation Center (2011-CIC), and what we need to do to prepare for the second batch identification of 2011-CIC. Based on the expert group’s comments and suggestions, we should make changes to strengthen everyone’s confidence and strive for the second batch identification.
